It’s Artspace time again, and I’m calling for submissions. Photography, sculpture, paint, mixed media, digital art. Whatever rocks your world. I want it.
Like last year, we’ll be using the wonderful space of the Aurora Gallery, 43 Bedford Street Newtown and will be running from Monday the 2nd June to Friday 6th June
Opening night will be on Monday the 2nd June at 7pm
Exhibition hours will be between 5pm - 8pm Tuesday to Friday
We’ll need to know what kind of piece you’re submitting, dimensions, how it will be displayed etc and also price and a short bio. Photos would really be appreciated, and can be emailed, or sent via the mobile number. If not possible, a fairly precise description would do.
All submissions must be to the curator by the 24th May, and artwork delivered to the venue on Saturday the 31st of May between 2-5pm, and be clearly labelled with title, price and artists name. They will be taken down and ready for sales finalisation/collection the following Saturday, the 7th, by 4pm.
There will be a $10 submission fee, per artist, and a 15% commission added on top of the price for all pieces for sale.
